The student ministry exists to help people find their way back to God by serving, loving, and leading. We believe if a student leaves the Student Ministry with the following concepts then they will win those years of their life:
- I am created to pursue an authentic relationship with my Creator. (Wonder of God).
- I belong to Jesus and define who I am by what he says. (Discovery of who I am).
- I exist everyday to demonstrate God’s love to a broken world. (Passion to make Jesus Famous)
The student ministry strives to put students in a position to Go Serve, Go Love, & Go Lead their families, friends and community towards Jesus Christ.
Wednesday Night (6:45PM):
Crowded House: This weekly gathering exists to create a Spiritual experience that brings about an awareness of the student’s heart condition. It’s our way of doing Church in a really stinkin’ cool way and open the door to the community of high school and middle school students who are within driving range of our Church. We are very intentional about the design of Crowded House to be an environment where it is fun and enjoyable while learning about God’s life-changing truth. The focus is to be appealing with relevant music, media, and teaching as a way to bring about awareness of life-changing truth.
Student Center Hours: Game Room: 6:00 – 6:45 & 7:45 – 8:15 PM. Worship Gathering: 6:45 – 7:55PM. Please plan to pick your student up no later than 8:15PM.

About Fused: In the HWY53 Student Ministry FUSED groups, students get the chance to dive deep into God’s word and build Godly relationships with their peers and FUSED group leaders. The Student Life Bible Study curriculum guides leaders and students through God’s Word in a way that helps grow the faith and equip everyone involved to share the message of Jesus Christ in their lives! By choosing to be apart of Chestnut Mountain Church’s student group environment, we pray that young men and women will be discipled into a mature, devoted relationship with Jesus Christ.
